We look at the beliefs, patterns, pain, relationships, and choices that have been shaping your life ... then build a real plan for how you want to move forward.
What We Will Work On
Your Story and Where You Are Now
We get honest about what has been happening, what you are tired of, and what you want to be different. Together, we create clear goals for the program.
The Pattern You Keep Repeating
We look at the cycle itself: what happens before you use, shut down, go back, people-please, explode, or make choices you regret.
The Beliefs Running Your Life
We identify the beliefs underneath the pattern , such as “I am not enough,” “I deserve this,” “I have to earn love,” or “I cannot handle life without this.”
Separating What Happened to You From Who You Are
We work on recognizing the difference between your past, other people’s choices, and your actual worth.
Shame, Guilt, and Self-Respect
We look at the difference between taking responsibility for your choices and using shame to destroy yourself.
What You Reach For When Life Hurts
We build a practical plan for the moments you feel overwhelmed, lonely, angry, rejected, pressured, or tempted to escape yourself.
Relationships, Boundaries, and Being Chosen
We look at the relationships in your life, the boundaries you need, and the ways you may have been accepting less than you deserve.
Learning to Trust Yourself Again
We focus on keeping promises to yourself, building consistency, and making choices that help you feel proud instead of ashamed.
Creating a Life You Do Not Need to Escape From
We look at routines, support, values, goals, and the kind of life you actually want to wake up to.
Your Next Chapter
We review what is changing, what still needs attention, and create a personal plan for continuing forward after the program ends.
